Hello everyone. What a great wool shop! I'm so glad I was told about it. Up to the begining of this year, I bought things over the internet happily.... books, CD's DVD's groceries, knitting wool clothes etc etc. In January I had my identity stolen and although the fraud department of my bank got all the money back, and my name off the bad debtors register, I never want to go through that again. I have just lost my confidence and as far as I can I use cash. Is it possible to ring this firm, or write to them with my order? I know I'm being silly, but it was a very horrid experience.

If you click on site info a phone number is shown there, so why not give them a call? I've never rung, but my sister has, when a parcel was delayed, and she said they were lovely to deal with. Hope this helps!

You are so right. They couldn't be more helpful. And what about the sale prices?!? Wonderful

How awful for you! It's one of my fears when ordering on the internet, but so far no problems (touch wood). I have phoned Kemps when I have run out of yarn and they haven't had it on their site. No problem at all; they were very helpful and managed to find me a couple of balls left on their shelf. Actually you might find it better to order by phone - it's all too easy to click on Order and find you have more wool than you can knit in your lifetime - like me!
