That is good news .Its always nice to hear that a project can be finished. The other thing you could,have done was to knit it on slightly bigger needles and therefore need less stiches and rows to help make the wool go further. You would need to play about with a tension swatch first. I have done this before. Changed needles to bigger ones and then knitted a size smaller to make it right. You must let the forum know when you have finished it.
