Hi, can anyone suggest any really nice patterns using 4.5mm needles. My husband bought me some beautiful Lantern Moon needles (not the size I wanted) and I now need some patterns so I can use them. Thanks

Hi, I have just bought Sirdar Yoyo pattern 8926 off ebay and a 400g ball of Yoyo wool from Kemps. The wool only cost £3.99 per ball and 1 ball will make a whole jumper. This is knitted on 4.5mm needles. Alternatively, you can use 4.5mm needles with DK yarn to make prem baby blankets for charities. You will need less than 100g of wool to make 1 blanket. Do a Google search for PreemiesUK and go to their patterns page. You will see a pattern for a Mock Cable Baby Blanket. I have made quite a few of these and they are great.
