I ordered an Aran knitting pattern with some wool and it has still not arrived
The wool arrived within three days of ordering, and the invoice said "pattern
to follow shortly" That was nearly a fortnight ago. Where is my pattern?

Hi Sharon. The forum is not regularly monitored by Kemps' staff-you have to contact them directly by email. To do this,go to the home page,click on "Site Information",then "Contact Details" then "Contact Us". Hope your pattern turns up! Sue.
