I've shopped with you before but took advantage of the free postage and stocked up for the winter; now I have so much wool I don't know where to put it, it was such excellent value. The colours are beautiful, even better than they looked when I chose them. Order processed within 24 hours, postage refunded within two days, couldn't ask for more.
