Can any one help there seems to be a mistake in the instructions for the top of the sleeves in this pattern. It tells you to decrease one stitch each end of the next 4 rows then cast off if I do this the sleeves won't fit. I need to finish this cardigan by next week to post to my granddaughter. Has anyone else knitted this pattern and overcome this problem!!

Just looked at this pattern on site. I have knitted loads of these type of set in sleeves. As i can't see the pattern, you could try just casting off after having knitted another couple of rows to make up for not doing what it says. Hope you understand this and that it works for you.
