I am experiencing problems with your web site. It freeze on me whenever I looked at item details or try to buy an item. It was frustrating after putting in a few items to buy and then find that I cannot proceed further and had to abandon the exercise.

Hi Ling Woo. If you have any problems with the site, you need to contact Kemps via the Contacts Page. Go to the Home page, select +Site Information in the left hand side column and you'll see the direct link. Your response will be pretty quick! Kemps staff don't actually check the Forum for website queries as it is designed really for consumer interest/dialogue. Cheers.
