Although I placed my order on 2 April 2015 it has not yet been delivered. I've tried, without success to find an email address by which I can contact Kemp's Woolshop. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Gwendolyn I ordered the same day as you,and kemps says other people have had the same problem. To contact kemps go to you order form,and at the top of your site there is a reply arrow,if you hit on it you can send them a message,and they will reply quite soon. Hope this is helpful. Patricia x
